Select a plan that suits your usage best based on the number of messages you expect your bot to exchange per each month. When your message use grows, you can adjust the total monthly price accordingly, so you only pay for what you use.
You can find your monthly invoices in the Profile section. Select the 'Balance history' tab and click 'Subscription and Renewals' and you will see the list of transactions made in your account. Find the transaction you need and click on the Receipt icon in the Payment Details column.

PRO-Plan starts at a monthly price of $99 per bot. Before accepting the terms and conditions and clicking PAY, you’ll want to use the PRO-Plan Fee Calculator to see what your monthly usage fee will be.
This is based on the number of messages your chatbot exchanges with its users. The plan starts at $99 a month for up to 10,000 messages, $199 for up to 25,000 and continues to $449 for 75,000. Enterprise plans are available to the most demanding customers at individual conditions.

Having selected the plan that suits you, click the box to accept the terms and conditions. You’ll then be able to add funds to your balance. After you’ve clicked the ‘Add funds to Balance’ button, you enter the amount you want to top up your account by. Click Credit Card and you can then choose between using PayPal or a Credit Card for this top-up.

Once you’ve paid, you’ll see the new balance in the left-hand column. Click the Balance button to see further details - such as your payment history - and to manage subscriptions and top-up payments.

Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date the following month and every month while you have sufficient funds in your balance. In order to see how many of your monthly messages the bot has exchanged, just go back to the Configure page.

If you use up all your message allowance for the month, you have the option of increasing your tariff to the next level. This will automatically be the recurring tariff going forward. If you want to lower the tariff again manually (perhaps the high number of messages exchanged was an exception), that’s simple to do. Just press the link: Change plan. Congratulations! You are a PRO-Plan holder and your bot is all set to perform its tasks free from our branding and with premium customer support.

It is great news and this means your bot is doing really well and your customers are happy. Please contact us and we will offer you a tailored PRO-Plan offer. Otherwise, you will continue to be charged automatically according to our pricing scale.

We will charge your credit card on the same day you activate your PRO-Plan subscription. The charge will be an Estimated Fee (based on your bot's anticipated number of messages for the upcoming month). We will automatically charge your card in this fashion each month on your Payment Date.

EXAMPLE: Roberto wants to upgrade from the Free Plan to the PRO-Plan. He subscribes to a PRO-Plan on 1 Jan. At this time, Roberto expects his bot to reach 20 000 messages exchanged in a month. His credit card is immediately charged $199 (the price for up to 25 000 messages). Roberto’s bot is very successful, so he decides to upgrade to 75,000 messages ($449) by 25 January. Roberto’s PRO-Plan billing will then reach $449 for the month of January and on 1 February, his subscription will start at $449.

No one, not even you will be able to see the full credit card details as we do not store this information. SnatchBot utilizes Paddle to process payments: one of the largest and most secure internet payment providers.
If you delete your PRO bot, your PRO-Plan subscription will be terminated (your card will not be charged at the time of termination).
If you disconnect your PRO bot in the Channels section, your PRO-Plan subscription will remain active and we will continue to charge your card.

If, within the month, your number of messages has exceeded the number forecasted at the beginning of the month, then your PRO-Plan subscription will be paused. We will send you notifications so you can adjust the plan accordingly.

Select your PRO bot, open it's Configure section and click the PRO-Plan tab. On this tab you can manage your PRO subscription and see information about your PRO-Plan, such as the number of available messages and your current monthly fee. Also, we'll send you an email each time as you get closer to your message limit, and again when you've used up all of your number of messages. When a user sends a message to a bot, that is one message. And when that user gets a message sent by a chatbot, that is one message, too. So, when a chatbot sends a message and gets an answer from the user, that counts as two messages.
No. There are no contracts, hosting fees, setup costs, image hosting fees, bandwidth fees, hidden fees, fancy fees, termination fees, or any other fees. You only pay for the maximum amount of messages your bot has exchanged, and you can cancel anytime.
All bot admins will only see your full payment history and the last 4 digits of the credit card; however, nobody will be able to access your credit card details. We don’t store that information. We email invoices to the email address you have specified in your billing details right after we have successfully charged your credit card for the applicable fees for that month. You can also access your invoice history in your profile under ‘Balance History’ under Payment History. You can then click on the icon and get your invoice in PDF format.
If you choose to cancel your PRO-subscription, your PRO-Plan will remain active for the remainder of the month, until your next Payment Date. You will not get charged any additional fees at the time of PRO-Plan termination.
Your payment history will be accessible under your profile under "Balance History".
No, you don’t, you only need to tell us your name and email address to get an account. We’ll only ask you for payment details when you move to the PRO-Plan.
